Training begins Wednesday Feb 24th sharply at 5:15 p.m. We will meet each Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. at the information desk in the Sanctuary building. Be dressed and ready to run. Each week we will run/walk for 30 minutes. If you've only dreamed of running from the comfort of the couch -- we'll get you from the couch to being able to do a 5K and then a triathlon! If you are an experienced runner or triathlete -- join us and help motivate the group! Our first goal is to have all participants in shape to run the St. Andrew’s/Cemstone Run For Others 5K race in April. Beginning at the end of April, we will add in biking and swimming and with the end goal being the YWCA Women’s Triathlon at Lake Calhoun on August 15th.
