Thank you Laura Fruci for this information:
I recently ran across the attached information for two indoor walking facilities in Stillwater. The Lakeview/Wash Cty brochure also contains walking maps for three outdoor Stillwater routes for when the weather is good; two downtown and one near Rutherford School/Long Lake.

I went to Stillwater HS this past Monday and enjoyed walking there. Definitely have plans to go again. Just note that it is closed when school is closed for the day.

Registration for St. Andrew's "Cemstone Run for Others" is open and I'm sure the race organizers will appreciate all who register EARLY. In fact, there's a discount! And registering for a race, well in advance, is a good motivator to do your weekly workouts. Don't be afraid, COMMIT and sign-up today!
